About the Trainer

Hey!

I’m Eryn, and I’m the founder of “It’s a Dog’s World Training.”

I’m a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers which is one of the largest professionally recognized organizations in the dog training field.

What does that mean?

In short, my certification means that I’ve spent hundred of hours training dogs and people, studying learning theory, and basically being a huge dog nerd 😁

I’ve taught private in-home lessons and group classes for basic obedience, Canine Good Citizen, Agility for Fun, and AKC Star Puppy class. I’m always trying to better myself as a dog trainer through seminars, lots of reading, and additional hands-on experience through new clients and volunteering with a dog rescue.

My Philosophy

I believe that training should be consistent and fun for both you and your dog. When you’re enjoying training your dog, you’re more likely to be consistent.  When you’re consistent,  you’re building a stronger bond with you dog.  These are the key to results.  That’s what I want for you and your dog.
